Little Ally is a typical preschool kid facing all the usual, everyday wonders and struggles any pre-schooler would understand. The added complication is that he’s the only alligator in the forest and although this can be challenging at times, Ally’s parents have empowered him with a strong sense of identity. He knows who he is, he knows he is different and he’s proud to be an alligator.
From the moment Little Ally hatched from his egg, he’s been lovingly cared for by his adoptive Mum and Dad.
The fact that he’s a snappy alligator and they’re twittering birds is neither here nor there – together with his tiny “big” brother Bruno, this loving, happy household shows us that families come in all shapes and sizes.
Little Ally is a typical preschool kid facing all the usual, every day wonders and struggles any pre-schooler would understand, the added complication is; he’s the only alligator in a forest full of cute furry and feathery animals. Luckily Little Ally has a loving family and a community of woodland friends who all accept and support him, celebrating everything that makes him different and special.
Thanks to his Mum and Dad, Ally has a strong sense of identity, he knows he’s different and he knows he’s adopted, but he knows who he is! Kind, innocent, playful and occasionally mischievous (especially when he’s with his best friend Bella Bunny) he sometimes gets things a little bit wrong, but his family are always there to help him take a moment, have a think and choose the right path.
